摘 要
轮胎切碎机是机械式处理废旧轮胎的一种设备，它将前面预加工的轮胎条进一步粗略切碎成15mm左右长橡胶碎块，以备后面的设备继续加工成胶粉。该机构由机架、驱动机构（电动机,减速器）、旋转切削机构、进料机构等组成。其基本工作原理为驱动机构带动旋转切削机构将进料机构进给的橡胶条切碎。切碎后从出料口自动流出。旋转切削机构主要由转子和刀具组成。该机结构简单，加工制造容易，安装方便，并且在结构上采用了自动进料机构，从而降低了人工劳动强度。该机适用于中小型企业生产和使用。本文不仅对这些机构进行了设计，也对主要零部件进行了校核分析，同时叙述了轮胎切碎机的发展历程和前景。

Abstract
The tire chopper is one kind of equipment for the mechanical type processing worn out tire, it will prepare processed tire before further rough cut to around 15mm long rubber pieces or so long rubber broken bits to continue by having the equipments of behind to process gum powder.The machine is consist of frame, drive organization(electric motor, retarder), revolve to slice to pare organization and enter to anticipate organization's etc.It basic work principle for drive organization to arouse to revolve to slice to pare organization will enter to anticipate organization to enter to of the rubber cut to pieces.Anticipate a people's auto run off from after cutting to pieces.Revolve to slice to pare organization mainly from rotor and knife to constitute.The machine's structure simple, process a manufacturing easily, install convenience, and on the structure adopt auto enter anticipate organization, lowered artificial labor strength thus.The machine is applicable to medium the small scaled business enterprise produce and use.This text not only carried on a design to these organizations, but also carried on a school pit analysis to main zero partseses, describing a tire to cut to pieces development process and foreground of machine in the meantime.
