一般说来,汽车制动器分为鼓式和盘式两大类.自从汽车问世并投入实际应用以来,鼓式制动器在一段相当长的时间内部占据着汽车制动的统治地位。二十世纪初,盘式制动器间世,30年代后期才开始用于列车、坦克及飞机的制动上。由于制造技术的进步和人们认识的不断提高,盘式制动器的优点逐渐被汽车设计师们所认识。60年代以来,盘式制动器已风靡美、日、欧等西方发达国家,广泛应用于轿车和轻、中型车的前轮制动上,一些高级轿车前后轮均采用了盘式制动器。在一些大客车和重型汽车上也得到了广泛应用。在二轮汽车(摩托车)上的应用主要是排量在125ml以上的摩托车,一般125~250ml是前盘、后鼓、400ml以上往往前、后轮均采用盘式制动器,有的甚至是前轮双盘、后轮单盘。
盘式制动器在我国汽车制造上的应用祖对较晚,80年代后期虽在一些轿车上开始应用,但大多是引进国外成品或散件,而摩托车盘式制动器的应用那更是90年代的事。
盘式制动器的主要优点盘式制动器在汽车、摩托车上的应用越来越广泛,原因是它与鼓式制动器比较有如下的一些突出优点:
(1) 制动稳定性好.它的效能因素与摩寮系数关系的K一产曲线变化平衡,所以对摩攘暇数的要求可以放宽,因而对制劝时摩擦面间为温度、水的影响敏感度就低。所以在汽车高蒯于驶时均能保证制动的稳定性和可靠性。
(2)盘式制动器制动时,汽车减速度与时动管路压力是线性关系,而鼓式制动器却是非
线性关系。
(3)输出力矩平衡.而鼓式则平衡性差。
(4)制动盘的通风冷却较好,带通风孔打制动盘的散热效果尤佳,故热稳定性好,制动寸所需踏板力也较小。
(5)车速对踏板力的影响较小。
(6)当工作温度升高时,制动盘厚度变化量小,故踏板行程变化不大,而鼓式则变化大得多。
(7)盘式的摩擦块更换容易,维修简便,甚至可在现场进行,而鼓一蹄式类似作业则复杂得多。
(8)在输出力矩相同时,盘式的尺寸小,重量轻。
(9)在大排量摩托车上装上盘式制动器更显得美观、气派。
盘式制动器的分类盘式制动器按制动力施加元件的特点分钳盘式、自增力式、全盘式三种。如果按钳体内活塞数目不同,则盘式制动器又可分为单缸式和多缸式;按制动盘的型式又可分为整体式和通风式等。前面提到的钳盘式制动器和全盘式制动器是按钳体固定在支架上的型式。
滑动钳盘式制动器的基本结构及工作原理以奥拓轿车前制动器总成为例简单介绍惰动钳盘式制动器的基本结构和工作原理。图4所示为制动器的主要结构,用制动盘级栓将制动盘与前轮毅刚性联接在一起,通过轮毅上的轮毅螺栓与前车轮相联,轮毅的内花键与前轴上的花键轴联接使制动盘与前车轮一起转动。而制动钳则固定在转向节上,转向节与前悬架相联
滑动钳盘式制动器的工作原理简单介绍如下(见图4和图5):
制动钳体7可以相对制动盘在制动钳轴梢2上作轴向滑动(浮动),两片摩擦块分装在制动盘的内、外两侧,外侧一块固定在钳体上,内侧一块通过弹簧片的支承紧靠缸孔活塞外端面。制动钳上的油缸设置在制动盘内侧,当高压油从制动钳上的进油孔进人油缸后,便推动活塞前进使其内侧的摩擦块压在制动盘上,而反作用力则推动钳体连同其上的外侧摩擦块向与活塞前进方向的反方向滑动并压向制动盘的另一侧,直到两制动块受力均等为止,在很短的时间内制动力矩便使制动盘停止转动,从而使汽车制动下来。当油压取消时,借助缸内的活塞密封圈的弹性恢复能力,使整个系统又自动从与加压运动的反向过程回到加压前的状态,并保持制动盘与制块间隙的恒定,这就使盘式制动器的间晾调整实现了自动化。
滑动钳盘式制动路的设计
设计的依据条件有:
(1)实心创动盘,
(2)钳浮动,轮毅(制动轴)无径向力和弯矩作用,即盘上不存在弯曲应力;
(3)圆形侧动块本攘衬片,其尺寸不必等于加载油缸直径.
(4)所吸收的热t均匀分布在整个制动器上。
滑动钳盘式制动器的主要试验
盘式制动器总成作为汽车上的一个重要的安全件。它的设计研制和生产过程也包含着一个系列的实验,不管是总成或是重要零件,都要经过严密的试验,由试验来验证,看是否达到了规定的技术标准,这里只简单介绍一下盘式制器的一些主要试验项目。
(1)制动钳总成需作的台架试验主要的有十四项。即有泄漏试验、所需液量试验、检验打滑扭矩、扭转破坏强度,两种扭转疲劳强度试验、高液压疲劳强度试验、常温和高温(120℃士5℃)工作耐久性能试验、振动疲劳试验、耐浸水性能试验、耐腐蚀试验及低温泄漏试验等十四项。
(2)制动器总成还要通过测功机试验,即综合台架试架。
(3)经过至少3万公里以上的各种道路、气候情况的实车实验。
通过以上各种试验而且都达到相应的技术标准后,钳盘式制动器方能投入生产和使用。目的是使该制动器总成的制动效能高,制动稳定性好、可靠性强、制动的热稳定性和水稳定性都好且便于操纵,对环境无污染等。
汽车盘式制动器设计和制造技术在发达园家已经相当成熟,可在我国还是刚在起步的高技术,设计、制造、试验都比较复杂.要保证制造出批量较大的、高性能盘式制器产品,不仅在二艺设备(包括试验设备)等硬件方面要有比较大的投入,还包括从国外引进一些高效自动化设备及生产线,而且在软技术方面还需努力和材曦高,也需引进一些最新技术,要在独立设计和自主开发上多下功夫,以便在不久的将来,形成我们自己的设计、开发、盘式制动器的能力,促健我国的汽车工业,特别是轿车和大排量摩托车工业达到或接近世界先进水平。
