摘 要
机械制造是将制造资源通过制造过程转化为可供人们使用与利用的工业品和生活消费品的行业。机械制造业就是制造具有一定形状和尺寸的零件或产品,并把它们装配成机械装备的行业。机械制造业的产品既可以直接供人们使用,也可以为其他行业的生产提供装备,这些行业的产品再被人们所使用。
随着电子技术、信息技术和计算机技术的高速发展,有力的推动了机械制造技术的发展。同时,由于金属零件的无屑和切削加工利用了材料技术和过程控制技术的最新成就,使加工方法进一步合理。数控技术的发展和应用使得机床、工业机器人为代表的机械制造装备的结构发生了一系列的变化。数控技术是集计算机技术、自动控制技术、测试技术和机械制造技术为一体的综合性高新技术,它将机械装备的功能、可靠性、效率、质量及自动化程度等提高到一个新的水平。
本文以连接座零件的制造过程为基础,以阐明数控技术的基本知识和基本理论为重点,突出机床夹具设计为关键。在零件的制造过程中夹具是必不可少的部分,在机械制造的切削加工、检验、焊接和热处理等工艺过程中,要使用大量的夹具来安装加工对象,使其占有正确的位置,以保证零件和产品的加工质量,并提高生产率,以从而提高经济性。在设计过程灵活运用CAD/CAM技术,计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)是工业自动化向智能化发展中的另一关键性技术。
在设计过程中首先对零件的加工过程进行了整体的工艺分析,按其要求对零件的数控工艺部分进行了分析与编程;对零件加工工作所需要的重要数据进行了计算与记录;对零件指定工序夹具进行了分析和设计。重点分析了夹具的设计过程,在装夹夹具所需要的注意的问题。最后绘制出夹具装配图以说明夹具在此工序中的作用。

The mechanical manufacturing industry is the manufacture has the certain shape and the size components or the product, and assembles the profession them which the machinery equips. The mechanical manufacturing industry product already may directly use for the people, also may provide the equipment for other professions productions, these profession are used again by the people.

At the same time, because the metal parts non- filings and the machining has used the material technology and the process control technology newest achievement causes the processing method to be further reasonable. The numerical control technology development and the application enabled the engine bed, the industry machine person the structure which equipped present machine manufacture to have a series of changes. The numerical control technology is the collection computer technology the automatic control technology, the test technology and the machine manufacture technology is a body comprehensive high-tech, it the function, the reliability, the efficiency, the quality and the auto mati city which equips the machinery and so on enhance to a new level.
This article take connects the place components the manufacture process as a foundation, expounded the numerical control technology elementary knowledge and the elementary theory are a key point, the prominent engine bed jig design is a key. In the components manufacture process the jig is the essential part, in technological process and so on the machine manufacture machining, examination welding and heat treatment, must use the massive jigs to install the processing object, enable it to hold the correct position, guaranteed the components and the product processing quality, and enhances the productivity, to thus enhances the efficiency. Nimbly utilizes the CAD/CAM technology in the design process, the computer-aided design and makes (CAD/CAM) is the industrial automation to the intellectualized development in another crucial technology.
First has carried on the whole craft analysis in the design process to the components processing process, has partially carried on the analysis and the programming according to its request to the components numerical control craft; The important data needs which to the components processing work has carried on the computation and the record; Assigned the working procedure jig to the components to carryon the analysis and the design.Finally draws up the jig assembly drawing to explain the jig in this working procedure function.
