摘 要
为了解决易拉罐需求极大但易拉罐即用即废的矛盾，本次易拉罐环保回收装置的设计应运而生。本设计的目的是实现易拉罐的有偿回收，保证铝资源的循环利用。易拉罐回收机工作原理是：当易拉罐由入口通过通道后，传感器便会发射一个脉冲信号给步进驱动器进而驱动步进电机转动一固定角度。步进电机将要驱动的运动有三:其一，带动曲柄压力机构压扁易拉罐；其二，带动送料机构完成间歇送；其三，驱动凸轮机构推出纸巾。此回收机体积小，功能全，可放置在超市等人流量较大的场所。

Abstract
In order to solve the demand for large cans but it's no use running out of pop cans the design of the recycling device was created.The purpose of this design is to achieve the recycling of cans,ensure the recycling of aluminum resources.The theory of this design:When the pop can pass through the channel from the entrance, the sensor sends a pulse signal to the stepper motor to make the stepper motor rotating a fixed angle.The step motor will drive three movements,Firstly, the crank pressure mechanism is used for pressing the pop top can; secondly, the feeding mechanism is driven to complete the intermittent feeding;.Thirdly, the drive cam mechanism is used to roll out paper towels.This machine is small in size, full function, can be placed in supermarkets and other places larger flow.
